Overview
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between The Home Supplier (“we,” “us”) and you, the customer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order or using this website, you accept and agree to these terms.

A. Limited Warranty

We provide a limited residential warranty on all hardware—such as hinges, drawer slides, and accessories—against defects in materials and workmanship. At our discretion, we may repair or replace defective components. Labor and installation costs are not included.

This warranty excludes issues arising from misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Discontinued items may be replaced with similar available styles; however, an exact color or finish match cannot be guaranteed.

B. Design & Measurement

You are responsible for confirming that all products fit your intended space. While we offer design guidance, we do not guarantee its accuracy. We strongly recommend consulting an installer, designer, or contractor before purchasing.

C. Product Inspection

All products ship unassembled. Upon delivery, please inspect item quantity and description immediately. Report concealed damages within 10 days. Installation of damaged products may void any damage claims.

D. Returns & Exchanges

Returns incur a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, an additional 15% per month applies. Returns are not accepted after 180 days. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Clearance and “as-is” items are final sale.

E. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations incur a 10% fee, increasing by 10% per month after the first 30 days. Refunds are issued once cancellation is confirmed.

F. Payment & Refund Policy

Accepted payment methods: credit cards (excluding AMEX), bank transfers, money orders, certified checks, and cash. Returned checks incur a $50 fee. Refunds for checks or cash are issued by company check; credit card refunds are credited back to the original card.

G. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, downtime). Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid.

H. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, logos, branding—on this site is owned or licensed by The Home Supplier and protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

I. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Province]. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.

J. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or placing an order after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
